It's always a very pleasant experience when I shop at Peltz. The staff is very helpful, but leaves me alone to wonder thru the aisle and select from a great inventory to try on and check out the new arrivals and the clearance rack. I typically spend about 3 hours there, taking my time to make sure I've seen everything and never leave without a few pairs of shoes. thank you staff, for being so nice.

Love this store!! I have a narrow foot and was excited to see so many choices. Truly wonderful selection. It is a little disorganized but well worth the time and effort. I sign on the door indicated that due to staffing shortages, customer service may not be up to their standards. I thought that the service was terrific! Look foreword to going back as they are continuously updating inventory. Highly recommend!

After my trip to Peltz Shoes, I couldn't be happier. I needed a sneaker that would be good for me standing for 8 hours at work. The salesperson, Dayeni was so helpful and knowledgeable. She found me the best pair. I wouldn't have even considered the ON sneaker but I soon as I put them on I knew they were perfect. Thanks Dayeni.

I had a lovely experience today at Peltz! My Google Maps was acting up and so I decided to call the store for directions. The young lady Dakota answered the phone and was so kind and patient and helped me arrive at the store. Thanks to her great instructions.! Once I was in the store, everyone was kind and greeted me. I was a bit lost in what I was searching for and the only sales person that came up to me was Dakota. She probably spent 30 minutes or more helping me find several pairs of shoes that would work for my feet and for exactly what I was looking for. She even watched how I was walking to see what was the best fit for me. I work with several younger people at my place of employment and often wonder if anyone has any work ethic these days.Well Dakota showed amazing work ethic and made my life so so much easier this evening as I was tired and unfamiliar with what shows to purchase. So. a BIG thank you to Dakota!

I wear a men's 15D. Peltz is the ONLY store in town (Sarasota and Bradenton) where I can consistently have a selection of everything from running shoes to dress shoes to choose from at a VERY reasonable price. For those that need a little hand/foot holding the staff is friendly and willing to help in any way they can.

Much bigger store than I imagined. They have a huge selection of all kinds of footwear but I'm strictly a sneaker freak so I found something I really liked. Plus they have the absolute best and smartest salesperson named Madi. Go see her!

Pelz Shoes takes the stress out of shoe shopping. I walked in with some tricky foot issues and would’ve been completely lost in the rows of shoes without help. Christine, the manager, was amazing—patient, funny, smart, and she knew exactly what to suggest. She showed me dozens of options without ever rushing me. I also met her supervisor, who was just as friendly, and it’s clear the whole team values great service. They picked the right people, and it shows. The store feels welcoming and I’ll definitely be back!

Very large store with an amazing selection of shoes--Birkenstocks, Keens, Crocs, Oofos and more. A young gentleman quickly helped me to find a pair of shoes I had seen that were clearance online. When I went to pay the young woman cashier told me the shoes had been further marked down. She invited me to join their rewards program for which I immediately received a coupon for $5 off my next purchase. Also after every $100 spent you will receive another $5 coupon. Huge selection, great service, lots of parking. Thank you!
